Redesigning a room can be a daunting task.  These days, there are so many ideas available on Pinterest and other various design and decor blogs that one can find inspiration from. A personal favorite idea is projecting a piece of art on your wall through a mural.

Freshome Design and Architecture blog recently posted about a company called Pixers that provides murals for the home. The incredible thing about the murals in this particular post was the dynamic nature of the images. There were entire cityscapes that brought the room to life. One mural in particular was especially captivating.

This particular mural was impressive because of the personality it conveys. How can one project a bit of them onto their walls? This image is loud. It shows a busy street in a city. It looks like people are shopping, hustling and bustling in their daily lives. Staring at this beautiful mural, one has to be struck by how alive it is. Realize that this is in a living room in someone’s home and instantly, one feels the personality of the person who lives here. There’s no doubt that the person who lives here is an exciting, fashionable, creative personality.

Your room should reflect your personality. And what better way to reflect your personality through a dynamic mural that speaks for you? It isn’t really something you encounter regularly but it makes sense and just looks so incredibly cool!
